On Monday, televangelist Pat Robertson seemed to turn on President Trump, saying that the “erratic” President Donald Trump needed to “move on” and that it would be a “mistake” to run for president again in 2024.
Robertson made his comments on his program “The 700 Club.”
Televangelist Pat Robertson says the election is over:
“We’re going to see a President Biden, and I also think we’ll be seeing a President Kamala Harris not too long after the inauguration of President Biden…
The president still lives in an alternate reality.” pic.twitter.com/WeXbo7lt77

Robertson: Forget Trump, 2024 Should Be All About Nikki Haley
Robertson said of the possibility that Trump might run again in 2024, “I think it is a sideshow. I think it will be a mistake.”
“My money would be on Nikki Haley,” Robertson said, touting Trump’s former United Nations ambassador. “She would make a tremendous candidate.”

The longtime televangelist then accused Trump of living in an “alternate reality.”
“With all his talent and the ability to raise money and grow large crowds, the president still lives in an alternate reality,” Robertson said. “He really does.”
One of Trump’s staunchest backers, televangelist Pat Robertson, now says Trump should concede the election to Biden and should not consider running again in 2024.
“I think it’s a sideshow.”

Robertson On Trump: ‘God Placed Him In Office. He Has Done A Marvelous Job For The Economy’
“People say he lies about this, that, and the other,” Robertson continued. “To him, that is the truth. He had the biggest crowd on Inauguration Day. He had more people than ever. He was the most popular.”
“He saved NBC with ‘The Apprentice,’ go down the line of things that really aren’t true,” Robertson said. “People kept pointing to them.”
The Christian leader did have some positive things to say about the President, though.
Robertson pointed out that Trump was a major advocate for Evangelicals.
“Because they loved him so much, he was so strong for the Evangelicals,” Robertson noted. “The Evangelicals were with him all the way. But there was something about him that was good.”

Robertson To Trump: ‘You Have Had Your Day. It Is Time To Move On’
“God placed him in office,” Robertson insisted. “He has done a marvelous job for the economy.”
But then Robertson said that Trump was too “erratic” and that it was time for the President to “move on.”
“At the same time, he is very erratic, and he has fired people, fought people, he has insulted people, keeps going down the line,” Robertson said. “It is a mixed bag.”
“I think it would be well to say, ‘You have had your day. It is time to move on,” Robertson finished.
