They are each charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of discharging a firearm with intent to wound, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm contrary to an order, occupying a motor vehicle with firearm and theft under $5,000.
Police have not named the fourth suspect.
Toronto cops busted Chambers and Smart on Nov. 9.
The duo face numerous charges in connection with Dante’s senseless death, including first-degree murder.
Hobbs is also charged with first-degree murder.
Sources told the Brantford Expositor that Smart is the brother of slain rapper and Drake pal Jahvante “Smoke Dawg” Smart. Smoke Dawg was gunned down in 2018.
Dante’s father Sebastian toldCTV News that the pain remains raw.
“I wake up in the morning with a pain,” Sebastian Andreatta told the network.
“It comes with me for the whole day. I can barely talk to anybody.”
The boy would have turned 13 on Dec. 14.
“He was going to be a good man. Because he was raised with love,” his father said.
“He was becoming a teenager, a kind, healthy boy, happy, active. He loved to play outside. He had his video games like every kid, but … he loved sports, soccer, he wanted to become a soccer player.”
His dad added: “He was always happy. He was always hugging. He would also jump on you and hug you. He would say, ‘I like you, I love you. I love you daddy.’”
