President Trump, unlike some before him, loves Christmas and all that comes with it. Here are some of his greatest Christmas moments ever!
7: “Merry Christmas!”
Christmas 2016, for me, was one running on a high.
President Trump had just been elected, smashing Hillary Clinton to become the leader of the free world only a month before.
The President started his run as President-elect with some opening salvos in his war against the War on Christmas.
Speaking in Wisconsin, the President said that yes, we would be saying Merry Christmas again, instead of Happy Holidays.
“I guaranteed you that if I became President, we’d be saying Merry Christmas again!”
6: “You Still Believe In Santa?”
One of the funniest moments during President Trump’s first administration was when he took calls from children tracking Santa on NORAD’s tracker.
The President quipped to one child, asking them if they still believed in Santa, “because at seven, it’s marginal, right?”

The left freaked out over his wit, claiming the President ruined her Christmas, but it was just an overreaction, with the family noting yes, the girl from Lexington, South Carolina, still believed in the big man from the North Pole.

5: Trump Appears In Home Alone 2
Funnily enough, President Trump has been in our lives on Christmas for decades.
Who could forget his cameo appearance in the classic Christmas film, Home Alone 2?
4: Media Personalities Left Out In The Cold
My personal favorite Trump Christmas moment took place in 2018, when after dealing with the fake news for long enough, the White House Christmas party for the press was cancelled, leaving many liberal journalists complaining and whining about how mean he was.
But of course, many of those same journalists boycotted the party in the years before.

3 And 2: A Christmas Treat For Those Who Serve Us
At Christmas, President Trump always made sure to give back to those who have been serving us, both at home, and overseas.
In 2017, President Trump provided law enforcement and military personnel protecting him on Christmas Day with a full slap up meal.
And in 2018, he flew out to Iraq to greet the troops, and thanked them for their “service, their success, and their sacrifice.”

1st: The True Meaning of Christmas
But the top Christmas moments have to be awarded not to one, but to multiple instances, when the President stood up for the true meaning of Christmas.
“Each and every year at Christmas time we recognize that the real spirit of Christmas is not what we have, it’s about who we are – each one of us is a child of God. That is the true source of joy this time of the year. That is what makes every Christmas ‘merry,’” the President said in 2017.
And in 2019, he once again reminded us of the sacrifice of Christ, and what Christmas truly means, not just the commercialization of it all.
