American professional wrestler Jonathan Huber, better known as Brodie Lee in AEW and Luke Harper in WWE, has died at the age of 41.
Huber died of a non-coronavirus-related lung issue and was surrounded by love ones, his wife, Amanda, wrote on Instagram on Saturday.
“The world saw him as the amazing @brodielee (fka Luke Harper) but he was my best friend, my husband, and the greatest father you would ever meet. No words can express the love I feel or how broken I am right now,” Amanda Huber wrote.
In a statement posted on Twitter, AEW mourned the loss of Huber, calling him a “fierce and captivating talent, a thoughtful mentor and simply a very kind soul that starkly contradicted his persona as Mr. Brodie Lee.”
