Ontario reported 3,945 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, an increase from the 3,443 cases reported on Saturday.
Sixty-one more people have died of the novel coronavirus, the province said.
Most of the new cases are in Toronto (1,160), followed by Peel Region (641), York Region (357) and Windsor-Essex County (223).
The province said 113,246 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered as of 8 p.m. Saturday and over 62,300 tests have been completed.
