MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Federal courthouses in Minnesota shall be closed within the days main as much as the presidential inauguration.
On Friday, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota stated the choice was made attributable to safety threats being made in opposition to federal buildings and courthouses in Minnesota.
The U.S. Courthouses positioned in St. Paul, Minneapolis, Duluth and Fergus Falls shall be closed starting Sunday and can stay closed till 5 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 21, which is the day after the presidential inauguration.
The courthouses shall be closed to all folks, together with workers, with the exception being regulation enforcement and different emergency personnel.
