Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik’s daughter’s name, Khai, appears to honor their roots.

People also commented that Khair is the middle name of Gigi’s younger sister, Bella Hadid.
The couple have made any official statements about the meaning behind the name.
Hadid’s father, businessman Mohamed Hadid, was born in Palestine and. Malik’s father is of Pakistani descent.
Malik, 28, announced the birth their baby girl in September with the “Pillowtalk” singer writing on Instagram, “The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding.”
This is the first child for both Hadid and Malik, who secretly tattooed his daughter’s name on his wrist.
