Disney sweetheart who? Emmy-winning Zendaya (Euphoria) stars in Malcolm & Marie, the attention-grabbing film that is new on Netflix this weekend. The Sam Levinson(Euphoria)-directed romantic drama centers on its two titular characters Malcolm (John David Washington) and Marie (Zendaya): a filmmaker and his girlfriend who, upon returning home from a movie premiere, uncover revelations about their relationship as they await for the verdict on the film’s critical reception. Malcolm & Marie is one of the best new movies on Netflix this month, and is already generating awards buzz! We cannot wait to see Zendaya take on more mature roles as she continues with Malcolm & Marie.

New on Hulu February 5: The New York Times Presents: Framing Britney Spears
#FreeBritney! The New York Times is digging into the pop star on everyone’s minds in the latest installment of their FX documentary series The New York Times Presents. Titled Framing Britney Spears, the newest episode covers the star’s tumultuous career from her meteoric rise in the late 90s to her subsequent downfall and breakdown that resulted in her current conservatorship. We thought after all this time that we knew the story of Britney Spears, but as this documentary uncovers more about her life under her father’s thumb, we have found new motivation to help this woman fight for her right to choose who controls her life. New on Prime Video February 5: Bliss
New on Amazon Prime Video this weekend is Bliss, the sci-fi romantic drama that is adding a little mind-bending fun to the streaming platform’s original movie lineup. The film follows Greg (Owen Wilson): a young man who, after recently getting divorced and fired from his job, meets Isabel (Salma Hayek): a young woman living on the streets who is convinced that the polluted, broken world around them is really a computer simulation.
