New Precautionary Measures In Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee has reduced the capacity of people at various locations.

40% operation is allowed at shopping malls.

Restaurants and coffee shops can only operate at 60% capacity.

Hotels also can operate at 60% capacity.

Gyms are now at 50% operational capacity.

Movie theatres are now closed until further notice.

Buses can only function at 75% capacity with taxis functioning at 45% capacity.

60% capacity is allowed at public beaches and parks.

Private swimming pools and beaches are now at 50%.

No parties and large gatherings are permitted.

Marriage ceremonies and family gatherings can only consist of 10 people.

Funerals and mourning services are now limited to 20 people.

The Committee will be monitoring all the sectors to ensure the rules are being followed. Violators will be reported to the Attorney-General.
