Superstar Mahesh Babu and his wife Namrata Shirodkar are celebrating 16 years of togetherness today. On their wedding anniversary, a special greeting arrived from Namrata’s sister and actress Shilpa Shirodkar. On her Instagram profile on Wednesday, Shilpa posted a picture collage, which has pictures from the couple’s wedding ceremony. Sharing the pictures, Shilpa Shirodkar wrote: “Happiest Anniversary to my most precious couple. Love and blessings to the most simple two. Wishing both of you a lifetime of love, happiness and togetherness.” In the comments section of Shilpa’s post, Namrata Shirodkar dropped heart emojis.

Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar’s love story began on the sets of the film Vamsi, where they first met and the rest is history. They got married in 2005. The couple are parents to a son named Gautham and an 8-year-old daughter named Sitara. The actor was last seen in the high-octane Telugu action film Sarileru Neekevvaru, which was directed by Anil Ravipudi. Mahesh Babu will next be seen in Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
Namrata Shirodkar, a former Miss India, is best-known for her performances in Hindi movies like Kachche Dhaage, Pukar, Astitva, Albela and Dil Vil Pyar Vyar. She has also featured in Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam films. She also starred in 2004’s Bride And Prejudice, co-starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
