VANCOUVER, B.C.: Monday, Feb. 22 — Keep the umbrella handy, it’s going to be a dreary day in Metro Vancouver on Monday.
Environment and Climate Change Canada says we are in for mostly cloudy skies today with a 40 per cent of showers.
The wind expected to pick this afternoon and we can expect a blustery evening in the Lower Mainland.
The weather agency says things will started to clear Tuesday afternoon.

Today: Mainly cloudy. 40 percent chance of showers this afternoon. Becoming windy late this afternoon. High 9. UV index 2 or low.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. 40 percent chance of showers early this evening. Windy this evening. Low plus 3.
Tomorrow: A mix of sun and cloud with 30 percent chance of showers in the morning. Clearing late in the afternoon. Wind becoming northwest 30 km/h in the morning except 50 near the water late in the afternoon. High 7. UV index 2 or low.
