WWE on Tuesday, February 23 announced the arrival of former WWE NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley to Raw. Taking to their official Twitter handle, WWE shared a powerful GIF that reads ‘Rhea Ripley Coming Soon’. In the comments section of the post, people have expressed how excited and eager they are for her comeback. Many have also said that she can defeat any wrestler from the WWE Raw roster, while some are of the opinion that she should have been a part of Smackdown.

Take a look at some of the comments on WWE’s post which has been retweeted over 1500 times:

Don’t think it’s right she’s coming to Raw. Who is she gonna feud with coz she can beat everyone on there.— maddocks t (@MaddocksT) February 23, 2021

Finally an actual woman who can wrestle better then Sasha banks— Ryan (@NineSniperr) February 23, 2021

The ace wrestler has also re-shared the tweet on her timeline with a wicked smile GIF. Her fans have shown their support in the comments by saying, “you are my favourite,” “kill it on RAW” etc. Some people have also expressed their enthusiasm by writing, “waiting for you,” and “New raw women champion soon.”

Here is a look at some of the reactions in Rhea’s support:

Looking forward to what this next part of your journey goes. U are one of my favorites and I know u will kill it on Raw.— Joshua Johnson (@ChesterMccloud3) February 23, 2021

Kill it on RAW! Will miss you on NXT.Thanks for always being awesome during the NXT house shows— Lizzy (@lizzywwrestling) February 23, 2021

Reports of her returning to the WWE have been floating for quite some time. The rumour of her return started right after this year’s Royal Rumble. Even though this much was known, there was no clarity about the brand she would be a part of. But since that has been announced by the WWE now, fans clearly can’t keep calm to watch her upcoming match.

Ripley has been out of the WWE circuit after her last women’s Royal Rumble match. Her major singles encounter ended in a defeat against Raquel Gonzalez in the Last Woman Standing match on NXT’s New Year’s Evil special. The ace wrestler, in November 2018, was crowned as the first-ever NXT UK women’s champion. Apart from that, in December 2019,she ended Shayna Baszler’s 416 days long reign as the NXT women’s champion.
