Chinese Company OnePlus on Monday confirmed to launch its OnePlus 9 series globally on March 23. The new flagship smartphone series is expected to have three models namely OnePlus 9, the top-end OnePlus 9 Pro, and the affordable OnePlus 9e.
Pete Lau, Founder and CEO – OnePlus shared a Tweet revealing the design of the upcoming smartphone. Beside unveiling the first look for the phone, the firm also announced that it has entered into a long-term partnership with legendary camera manufacturer Hasselblad.
According to the reports, the company has entered into a three-year partnership with Hasselblad to co-develop smartphone camera systems. The upcoming OnePlus 9 series will also come with a new Hasselblad Pro Mode offering accurate and natural colour for a solid foundation for post-editing.

OnePlus 9 Series Launch details
Chinese phone company OnePlus will officially launch the OnePlus 9 series on March 23 through a virtual event at 10am EDT (7:30pm IST). The launch event will be livestreamed through the OnePlus website.

OnePlus 9 Series Specifications
As mentioned before, the company is expected to launch OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9e. The series is expected to come with Hasselblad Pro Mode that will allow professional photographers more control to fine-tune their clicks. It will allow the user to to adjust ISO, focus, exposure, white balance, and more.
If the leaks are to be believed, the flagship phones are expected to come with the Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 12GB RAM, 256GB internal storage, and 65W fast charging support. In terms of optics, the OnePlus 9 series will feature a custom Sony IMX789 sensor and 12-bit RAW support.
Though there is no official announcement regarding the price, the phone is expected to cost Rs 46,999 in India.
