The initiative seeks to develop children’s personalities and enhance their cognitive abilities.
Parents have been urged to register their children in the pre-school stage with the Baraem Al Mustaqbal programme, which seeks to develop children’s personalities and further enhance their cognitive abilities from an early age and nurture a strong bond between them and their guardians.
The Ministry of Education (MoE) tweeted about the initiative.
The authorities said consolidating the communicative relationship between parents and school is one of the most important goals of the initiative.
The Baraem Al Mustaqbal programme also provides support both in school and at home.
The ministry pointed out that the programme develops a child’s mental skills such as analysis, reflection, thinking and innovation, enhancing the child’s self-confidence.
It broadens the child’s perceptions in the areas of thinking, research and investigation.
Besides, it enriches the child’s linguistic and cognitive outcome and ensures a strong relationship between parents and early childhood education.
The programme also develops a child’s patriotic feelings and respect for heritage and provides the child with humanitarian knowledge in an integrated and simplified manner through applied sciences.
Registration is available for free for all Emiratis and UAE residents’ children aged between three and four. Register at www.tasjeel-almanhal.moe.gov.ae
Earlier, the MoE had said the project would support students academically in pre-kindergarten through smart learning programmes in line with its early childhood support strategies.
The programme includes three main axes such as knowledge and integrated sciences, imagination and logical links, and Emirati ethics.
The MoE said that the curriculum for this stage is based on the following aspects such as student behaviour towards learning, personal, emotional and social development, and study materials that provide learning content.
