MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — St. Paul Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Tuesday afternoon.
The shooting was reported on the 1300 block of Arcade Street just after 3:30 p.m., police said.

Officers found a man with multiple gunshot wounds inside a business on that block. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made. Investigators do not believe it was a random incident.

This is the ninth homicide in St. Paul this year, according to police.
