Essex OPP are investigating a stabbing Monday that left a man in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
At around 2:15 p.m. the OPP responded to a report of an assault on a paved pathway between Thomas Street and Highway 3 near Sadler’s Park in the Town of Essex.
An altercation between three people had resulted in stabbing injuries to a 29-year old Essex man.
A short time later, uniformed officers arrested two suspects, a 32-year-old and 27-year-old of the Municipality of Lakeshore who are in custody while the investigation continues.
Police said there is no concern for public safety.
