In its biggest smartphone launch yet, Nokia has announced six new devices. Its X-series is for a top of the range experience, the G-series delivers an intermediate one whereas the C-series features entry level smartphones. All three of these share Nokia’s ‘Love it. Trust it. Keep it.’ messaging philosophy.
Nokia X20 and X10
Both the Nokia X20 and X10 are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G processor. They feature signature Nordic designs and a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display paired with three years of security and software updates, and step up from the two year software update we saw before. As is staple for Nokia smartphones, these come with Android 11 delivering a clean Android One experience out of the box with two-day battery life.
The renowned ZEISS Optics and innovative solutions are at the heart of both the smartphones. The Nokia X20 features a 64MP quad-camera alongside a 32MP punch-hole selfie sensor. With the series, Nokia has also introduced ‘Dual Sight’. This allows you to activate two cameras simultaneously to capture multiple angles of the story. As for the Nokia X10, you find a similar array of software features with a 48MP quad-camera setup.
Nokia G20 and G10
With the Nokia G20 and G10, you find a balance in all that you need. They feature three-day battery life supported by Nokia’s signature Android experience. This means you get three years of monthly security updates and two years of operating system updates. As for the display, it is a 6.5-inch HD+ teardrop style panel.
The Nokia G20 sports a 48MP camera bundled with OZO surround audio whereas the Nokia G10 comes with a triple rear-camera assisted by AI modes. The key difference here is that the G-series lacks ZEISS Optics.
Nokia C20 and C10
The Nokia C20 and C10 are value oriented devices sporting a 6.5-inch HD+ display. They feature Android 11 (Go edition) with faster speeds, improved security features and quarterly security updates for two years.
