The beachfront property has announced a distinctive line-up of culinary offerings to mark the Holy Month at Dubai’s famed Arabic restaurant, Amaseena.
Set on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, with breathtaking views of the ocean and dazzling JBR skyline, Amaseena restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is inviting guests to indulge in delicious cuisine whilst reconnecting with their loved ones over delectable Iftar and Suhour under the stars. In addition, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is offering an exclusive selection of dine at home packages this Ramadan, complete with a magnificent spread of classical dishes and signature flavours.
RAMADAN AT AMASEENA
Bedouin-inspired tents, a star-filled sky and the sounds of Arabic music create an authentic desert dining experience at Amaseena. From mandi-cooked lamb, traditional favorites and delicacies flavored with hand-roasted spices, to tagine cooked in authentic clay cookware, guests will be spoilt for choice with a lavish spread across nine food stations highlighting the best of Middle Eastern cuisine with dishes from Morocco and Lebanon as well as signature Persian dishes.

IFTAR AND SUHOUR DINE AT HOME PACKAGES
Ladies and Gentlemen can evoke the blessings of family traditions as the chefs at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai prepare a magnificent spread for the family at home. Guests can order and collect a lavish Iftar or Suhour spread with a choice of three tiers, including favourites such as lentil soup, stuffed vine leaves, a plethora of dips and salads, falafel, kibbeh, fatayer, seafood and meat mixed grills, barramundi with saffron rice, Emirati lamb hares and Um Ali, cheese kunafa, katayef nuts and cheese and fruit platter.

Price: All boxes serve up to four and order must be placed 48 hours in advance.
AED 680 for the Bronze box inclusive of dates and dry fruits, Ramadan juices, cold mezzah, hot mezzah, chicken vermicelli soup, four main course options and three desserts.
AED 900 for the Silver box inclusive of dates and dry fruits, Ramadan juices, 15 types of hot and cold mezzah, choice of one soup, five main courses such as Arabic mixed grill, barramundi, vegetable salona and steamed rice, selection of baklava, and four more desserts.
AED 1,350 for the Gold box including dates, dry fruit, Ramadan juices, 17 types of hot and cold mezzah, two soups, seafood and meat mixed grill featuring lobster, prawns, salmon and lamb chops, Emirati lamb hares and seven dessert specialties.
