Work Timings For Ramadan Announced
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the UAE has announced the reduced timings for the private sector during Ramadan.
A reduction of two hours will be observed during the holy month of Ramadan for private-sector employees.
His Excellency Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced that the change is made in line with the Federal Law number 8 for 1980 on regulating labour relations.
Official working hours for ministries and federal bodies will be from 9am to 2pm during Ramadan.
