Firefighters worked to extinguish hot spots after a fire in a home in the 1500 block of Kamloops Street Sunday afternoon.
Windsor Fire and Rescue Service received the fire call at approximately 2 p.m.
Crews fought the Devonshire Heights blaze, bringing it under control quickly, according to chief fire prevention officer John Lee, although stubborn hot spots in the attic and insulation remained as of 3 p.m.
No cause or damage estimate has been released.
