The second round of the 2020-21 NBA playoffs is less than a week old, but you wouldn’t know it by the number of incredible performances already turned in by some of the league’s biggest stars. Kevin Durant has averaged 30.5 points in his first two games against the Bucks, giving the Nets a 2-0 lead in the series. Staying in the Eastern Conference, Trae Young was unstoppable in Game 1, going off for 35 points and 10 assists while leading the Hawks to a victory. Joel Embiid followed up a 39-point effort in Game 1 with a stunning 40-point, 13-rebound performance in Game 2 to even the series. However, no one has put up more points in a second-round game to date than Utah’s Donovan Mitchell, who exploded for 45 points in a comeback victory for the Jazz over the Clippers to take a 1-0 series lead.
Which brings us to today’s quiz of the day. With the amount of star power still alive in postseason play, the offensive fireworks are expected to continue. So with that in mind, how many of the NBA’s 50 highest-scoring individual postseason performances can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
