MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — St. Paul police are investigating a deadly shooting Monday night near the Roseville border.
It happened outside the Arco gas station on the 300 block of Larpenteur Avenue in the North End neighborhood.

Officers were also seen gathering two blocks east on the 100 block of Larpenteur Avenue West. That road is blocked off between Rice and Sylvan streets.

A WCCO crew says a SWAT team is outside of a home near the area of Larpenteur Avenue and Rice Street. It is not confirmed that this situation is connected to the homicide.
Police are asking the public to avoid the area, and nearby residents to say inside their homes.
