The coronavirus vaccine, the result of President Trump’s historic Operation Warp Speed, is being hailed as a “Christmas miracle” by medical officials in West Texas, saying they are now in “full vaccine mode.”
Russell Tippin, the CEO of Medical Center Health System, which operates the Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, West Texas, said that the fact they now are ready to start dishing out the coronavirus vaccine to patients is nothing short of a “Christmas miracle.”
“A Christmas Miracle”
“This is a big day for Odessa, Permian Basin, West Texas and MCH as we turn this corner and in this battle with COVID,” Tippin told reporters.
“We received 2,500 doses this morning. We’re in full vaccine mode.”
Christin Timmons, the MCHS Chief Nursing Officer, has said that the first people to receive the coronavirus vaccine will be those medical workers directly working with the patients who have the disease.
Timmons said the vaccination process would be “fast and furious,” but slightly slowed down over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day due to work schedules.

Operation Warp Speed A Total Success
The “Christmas miracle” of the coronavirus vaccine was only made possible by the work of President Trump and his administration’s “Operation Warp Speed.”
Operation Warp Speed was allocated nearly $10 billion from the Trump administration.

President Trump was initially derided by the mainstream press for claiming a vaccine could be seen before the end of the year.
NBC claimed that President Trump would need a “miracle” for the vaccine to arrive before the end of 2020.
“President Donald Trump has suggested multiple times that a coronavirus vaccine could come within months, an accelerated timeline that prominent health experts and veteran vaccine developers say is unlikely absent a miracle,” they wrote in an attempt at a “fact check.”

However, Pfizer and Moderna announced their vaccines in November, with 40 million people expected to benefit from the former’s, and 20 million from the latter’s, by the end of the year.
Operation Warp Speed is quite literally the greatest public health achievement of modern times. The fastest development and distribution of a vaccine for a novel virus in history. Say what you will about Trump’s handling of the pandemic, he deserves credit for this.

Even Joe Biden, after receiving the vaccine, had to thank President Trump.
“The scientists and the people who put this together, the front line workers, the people who were the ones who actually did the clinical work, it’s just amazing,” Biden told reporters after getting vaccinated.
“I think the administration deserves some credit getting this off the ground with Operation Warp Speed,” Biden admitted.

Democrat Senator Dick Durbin, another critic of the President, also admitted that Operation Warp Speed deserved credit.
