The main initiatives are the LNG Canada pure fuel liquification and export facility being construct in Kitimat, the Coastal GasLink pipeline being constructed from Dawson Creek to Kitimat to supply pure fuel for the LNG Canada facility, the Site C dam undertaking close to Fort St. John, the twinning of the federal-government owned Trans Mountain Pipeline from Edmonton to Burnaby and the twinning of the tunnel close to Kitimat that gives water to energy Rio Tinto’s aluminum smelter.
Under Henry’s order, the Coastal GasLink pipeline and Site C initiatives are allowed to have 400 staff every. LNG Canada can have 450 staff, the Rio Tinto undertaking can have 160 and Trans Mountain Pipeline can have 50 staff.
Project managers should submit a restart plan to Henry’s workplace in an effort to be allowed to extend their workforces over the subsequent six weeks — in two levels. Under stage one all initiatives besides Coastal GasLink can improve their workforces by roughly half by the top of the primary week of January, and by a couple of third after that across the center of February.
