The trades didn’t stop after the Nets’ blockbuster for James Harden.
After it was reported that the Nets were shipping Caris LeVert to the Rockets, Jarrett Allen, Taurean Prince to the Cavaliers and three-first rounders as part of the three-team deal, The Athletic reported that LeVert wouldn’t be a Rocket after all.
LeVert instead was traded along with a second-round pick to the Pacers for two-time NBA All-Star Victor Oladipo.
LeVert, the fifth-year Net, was averaging 18.5 points per game this season in Brooklyn.
Oladipo, the 28-year-old guard, was the subject of trade rumors this past offseason.
He is averaging 20 points per game this offseason.
