“Is it acceptable that the first people to be vaccinated, seniors living in long-term care facilities and health care workers, are at the greatest risk of paying the price for this decision?
“Facing this level of uncertainty and the scarcity of scientific evidence, it would be more prudent to rely on the protocols issued by manufacturers of vaccines that took almost a year to develop and cost billions of dollars.”
