One man is in hospital following a shooting in east Windsor Monday night.
Patrol officers with the Windsor Police Service responded to a report of shots fired in the 2500 block of Lauzon Road at approximately 9:45 p.m.
Police found the adult male victim in the area. He was transported to hospital with injuries.
A light-coloured, newer model Chrysler 300, possibly silver or white, was reportedly seen in the area at the time of the shooting, police said in a news release on Tuesday.
The major crime branch is asking those in the area with video surveillance to check their footage for possible evidence.
