Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss’ is considered as the biggest reality show on Indian television. The show enjoys a massive fan following across different age groups specially youngsters. Last month, ‘Bigg Boss 14’ ended on a high note after TV’s popular bahu Rubina Dilaik defeated Rahul Vaidya to lift the winner’s trophy of the show.
Host Salman shared a big update about the new season of ‘Bigg Boss’ during the star-studded ‘BB 14’ finale. The ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ star informed the fans that commoners would be able to participate in ‘Bigg Boss 15’. Fans couldn’t control their excitement after Bollywood’s bhaijaan made the grand announcement. The auditions of ‘Bigg Boss 15’ have already commenced.
While the ‘Bigg Boss 14’ contestants are busy shooting for their new projects, the makers have reportedly started approaching popular celebs for ‘Bigg Boss 15’.
According to a report in Tellychakkar, the makers have asked two well-known actresses for the new season of ‘Bigg Boss’. We are talking about Ankita Lokhande and Tejasswi Prakash.
Both Ankita and Tejasswi were offered previous seasons of the reality show but they chose not to participate in ‘Bigg Boss’, the report in the entertainment portal said.
Tejasswi, who is fondly known for playing the role of Ragini in ‘Swaragini’, participated in ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 10’. She had to quit the stunt-based show due to eye injury. Several ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ participants have participated in ‘Bigg Boss’ including ‘BB 13’ winner Sidharth Shukla.
Talking about Ankita Lokhande, the Marathi Mulgi became a household name after essaying the character of Archana in ‘Pavitra Rishta’. Her sizzling on-screen chemistry with Sushant Singh Rajput was quite popular among the viewers. Lokhande was last seen in Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Baghi 3’. It remains to be seen if she accepts the ‘Bigg Boss’ offer or not.
Interestingly, Ankita’s close friend Rashami Desai was part of ‘Bigg Boss 13’. Her personal life became the talk of the town after Salman revealed details about her then boyfriend Arhaan Khan.
