Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public’s help locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant known to frequent Windsor.
Johnny St. Louis is described by police as a 47-year-old Caucasian male, five-feet-eight-inches tall, weighing 181 pounds, and with grey hair and green eyes. He has tattoos on his right hand, chest, back, and rib cage area.
St. Louis is wanted for breaching statutory release.
He is serving a sentence of two years, seven months and 15 days for theft over $5,000, escaping lawful custody, failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while disqualified, flight while pursued by a peace officer, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop at a motor vehicle collision, and obstruction of a peace officer.

He is known to frequent the Windsor, London, Goderich, St. Marys, and Stratford areas.
