The new products will be available from April 30, pack of four AirTags to cost $99
Apple Inc launched its AirTags that will help people locate lost items and purple colour iPhone 12 in an event on Tuesday.
The purple iPhone 12 will be available from April 30, it was announced in the event where the company launched much-awaited AirTags at a price that was cheaper than expected. A single AirTag will cost $29 and a pack of four will be available at $99 from April 30.
Apple also announced podcast subscription services that will compete with rival Spotify.
The event, being broadcast from Apple’s Cupertino, California headquarters, is also likely to include an update to Apple’s iPad Pro tablet and its iMacs.
Apple said that spouses and partners would be able to share and merge credit lines with its Apple Card, which CEO Tim Cook described as an important step toward making it easier for people to build their credit scores.
AirTags would use the same technology that helps Apple customers locate lost phones and ear buds to locate lost wallets or keys.
