Jadon Sancho’s future appears destined to be away from Dortmund and Liverpool are looking to rival Man Utd for his signature.
Dortmund reveal Sancho price
The transfer saga of 2020 seems to be bleeding into the following year as the race for Jadon Sancho is set to rekindle this coming summer.
Borussia Dortmund held firm last year and kept the young England international but would be willing to accept a lower fee this summer.
‘Borussia Dortmund will be open to sell Sancho in the summer if the ‘right bid’ will arrive, after one year ago he was one step away from joining. BVB will be asking less than €120m to let Sancho leave this year – but… no late bids at the end of the window,’ wrote Fabrizio Romano.

Manchester United were the main protagonists in the chase last year although that could change this summer.
Liverpool & Chelsea credited with ‘interest’
It may not be a simple run to Sancho’s signature this summer for Manchester United.
German outlet BILD report (via Sport Witness) that Chelsea and Liverpool see Sancho as a player who would provide the perfect investment opportunity with his value protected due to his age.
The clubs believe that Sancho has everything needed to make him a ‘superstar of the decade’, with the feeling being he can be one of the world’s top footballers in the coming years.
That presents the opportunity of an investment, with a re-sale in the coming years possible.
Chelsea could look to move on Christian Pulisic and/or Hakim Ziyech to make room in the squad with both failing to earn consistent starting minutes under Frank Lampard and now Thomas Tuchel.
The German coach has looked to invest more time in Timo Werner, Kai Havertz and Mason Mount with others rotating.
Hakim Ziyech could leave Chelsea at the end of the season
Pulisic’s Chelsea future will be decided after June
