In parallel to the new 11th Gen Intel Core H-series of processors, Lenovo announced its suite of gaming gear. Its new flagships include the 16-inch Lenovo Legion 7i and 16-inch Lenovo Legion 5i Pro. Alongside these, the series also includes a 15-inch and 17-inch Legion 5i and the new Lenovo Legion Y25g-30 360Hz IPS gaming monitor.
Laptops for creation and gaming
Running on Windows 10, Lenovo’s new laptops take advantage of the latest 11th Gen Intel Core H-series mobile processors. With the new Legion 7i, you find up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 laptop GPU. The Legion 5i Pro and Legion 5i come equipped with the RTX 3050Ti and RTX3050 respectively.
There are a host of other enhancements that come with Lenovo’s new Legion series of laptops. Both the Legion 7i and Legion 5i Pro sport eye protection from blue light on the world’s first 16-inch QHD display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, up to a 165Hz refresh rate and TUV certification.
They come with faster and more precise key inputs alongside Legion Coldfront 3.0 thermals for increased airflow. Using the Legion AI Engine, you will also benefit from higher framerates that reduce in-game lag with overclock support.
360Hz gaming monitor
Built with gaming professionals in mind, the new Lenovo Legion Y25g-30 360Hz gaming monitor delivers the fastest refresh rate in the world. It combines NVIDIA G-SYNC and Reflex technologies to prevent screen-tearing and motion blur. The 24.5-inch size is also ideal for concentration with in-built eye comfort technology.
The IPS panel provides a 1ms response time, 99 per-cent sRGB coverage, 400 nits of brightness and sits in a chassis with in-built 3W speakers. To add some flair to your set-up, the monitor also sports RGB lighting effects.
