Three deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Texas are in hospital after being shot overnight.
In a tweet, Houston Police said the shooting occurred at a night club located at 2900 Travis Street.
Early on Sunday morning, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez tweeted that three deputies may have been shot while working an extra job.

In a later update, Gonzalez said the severity of their injuries is not known but he said it is thought that two are stable while one is in a serious condition.
A media briefing is expected to take place outside Ben Taub General Hospital later on Sunday, police added.
